SERVICE AGREEMENT

BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd T/A Brimble Media

Below is our simple agreement. Having these terms clear ensures we can focus straight on getting you booked and delivering fast.

1. Investment

  • Month 1: $500 AUD + GST

  • Month 2 onwards: $1,000 AUD + GST (month-to-month)

Month 1 Promotional Rate Ending End of August 2025
Rising Costs Clause: Pricing may be adjusted in writing if hard costs (e.g., platform fees, software, compliance) rise materially.

2. Inclusions

Brimble Media will provide:

  • Ongoing outreach to secure podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and media opportunities.

  • Minimum 2–3 guaranteed bookings in Month 1 (most clients secure more).

  • Custom outreach scripts and positioning.

  • Concierge service for confirming and securing bookings.

  • WhatsApp group for real-time updates.

3. Representation Permission

By engaging this service, the Client authorises Brimble Media to represent them in outreach, negotiation, and booking discussions with podcasts, media outlets, event organisers, and other relevant platforms.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commission: 20% of all paid engagements secured & 15% on merchadise such as books or course products if engaged to sell as well.

  • Commission payment is due within 14 days of either party receiving payment from the opportunity.

  • All payments in AUD; GST applicable where required.

  • Late Payment Clause
    All invoices for monthly fees are payable within 3 days unless otherwise stated, and commissions are payable within 14 days. Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of $77 AUD and will then accumulate 5% of the outstanding balance applied weekly until payment is received in full.
    Brimble Media reserves the right to pause all outreach and bookings until all overdue amounts are settled.

5. Scope of Guarantee (Month 1 Only)

The booking guarantee applies exclusively to the first month of service.
If the minimum number of bookings is not achieved in Month 1, Brimble Media will continue outreach at no extra cost until the guaranteed number is met.
The guarantee does not apply in subsequent months.

6. Client Delays & Non-Response

If the Client fails to respond to outreach, booking opportunities, or follow-up requests within 72 hours, the guarantee and delivery timelines are void.

7. Exclusivity

All opportunities sourced or introduced by Brimble Media must be booked through Brimble Media.
The Client cannot bypass Brimble Media to deal directly with the host, organiser, or platform to avoid commission.

8. Termination by Brimble Media

Brimble Media reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client’s conduct, communication, or responsiveness is deemed to damage the efficiency, profitability, or reputation of the program.

9. Survival of Commission Obligations

All commission obligations survive termination of this agreement and remain payable for any opportunities initiated or confirmed during the term.

10. Service Conditions

  • Service is by application only, and Brimble Media reserves the right not to renew clients.

  • No refunds once outreach begins.

  • Client to provide a current media kit and respond promptly to booking opportunities.

  • Both the Client and Brimble Media agree to maintain professionalism and not slander or publicly disparage the other party.

11. Creative Representation

The Client authorises Brimble Media to represent them in outreach and negotiations for podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and media opportunities. Brimble Media may exercise reasonable creative freedoms in positioning, pitching, and negotiating on behalf of the Client to maximise booking outcomes. All representation will be aligned with the Client’s agreed profile and objectives.

12. No Liability

Brimble Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputation. All opportunities are subject to third-party acceptance and market conditions.

13. Indemnity

The Client indemnifies Brimble Media against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from materials, statements, or representations provided by the Client.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

15. Electronic Signatures

The parties agree that this agreement may be executed and accepted by electronic signature, including through digital signing platforms or scanned/emailed copies, and that such signatures shall be deemed original and fully binding. Both parties consent to the use of electronic means to sign and deliver this agreement in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth)

By signing below or submitting payment via invoice or online form, the Client agrees to these terms in full.
A Copy of the full current terms effective as of August 2025 will be emailed to you upon completion of the below form.
