SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Investment

Month 1–3: $500 USD per month – Price. Locked Month to Month – Cancellation 7 days prior notice to invoice for next month renewal so any bookings can be finalized.

Month 4 onwards: $1,000 USD per month (month-to-month thereafter)

Rising Costs Clause: Pricing may be adjusted in writing if hard costs (e.g., platform fees, software, compliance) rise materially.
2. Inclusions
Brimble Media will provide:

- Ongoing outreach to secure stage and virtual speaking engagements only.
- Custom outreach scripts and positioning.
- Concierge service for confirming and securing bookings.
- WhatsApp group for real-time updates and follow ups
- Transparent reporting on outreach volume and statistics.
3. Representation Permission
By engaging this service, the Client authorises Brimble Media to represent them in outreach, negotiation, and booking discussions with podcasts, media outlets, event organisers, and other relevant platforms.
4. Payment Terms

Commission: 20% of all paid speaking engagements secured.

Commission payment is due within 14 days of either party receiving payment from the opportunity.

Monthly service fees are payable within 3 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Late Payment Clause:
Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of $77 USD and will then accumulate 5% of the outstanding balance weekly until payment is received in full. 5. 3 Month target

The outreach target applies exclusively to stage or virtual event speaking opportunities.

Within the first 3 months, Brimble Media will aim to secure a minimum of 2–3 stage/virtual bookings.

Bookings do not need to be executed within this timeframe only secured and confirmed with the organiser.

This is a target, not a guarantee, as outcomes depend on external variables such as organiser interest, availability, and market conditions.

Brimble Media will continue pitching relentlessly throughout the 3-month period, even if the minimum target is reached, for both paid and unpaid opportunities aligned with the Client’s profile.

6. Client Delays & Non-Response
If the Client fails to respond to outreach, booking opportunities, or follow-up requests within 72 hours, the guarantee and delivery timelines are void.
7. Exclusivity
All opportunities sourced or introduced by Brimble Media must be booked through Brimble Media.
The Client cannot bypass Brimble Media to deal directly with organisers or platforms to avoid commission.
8. Termination by Brimble Media
Brimble Media reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client’s conduct, communication, or responsiveness is deemed to damage the efficiency, profitability, or reputation of the program.
If the Client elects to withdraw or terminate this agreement before the completion of the first 3-month term, Brimble Media reserves the right to redirect any non–fully locked-in opportunities (pending, in negotiation, or awaiting confirmation) to other clients.
This ensures that outreach efforts and established relationships are not wasted and continue to deliver value across Brimble Media’s client base.
The Client acknowledges that opportunities generated are a direct result of Brimble Media’s proprietary outreach systems, resources, and positioning, and therefore remain under Brimble Media’s management unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Survival of Commission Obligations
All commission obligations survive termination of this agreement and remain payable for any opportunities initiated or confirmed during the term.
10. Service Conditions

Service is by application only, and Brimble Media reserves the right not to renew clients.

No refunds once outreach begins.

Client to provide a current media kit and respond promptly to booking opportunities.

Both the Client and Brimble Media agree to maintain professionalism and not slander or publicly disparage the other party.
11. Creative Representation
The Client authorises Brimble Media to represent them in outreach and negotiations for podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and media opportunities. Brimble Media may exercise reasonable creative freedoms in positioning, pitching, and negotiating on behalf of the Client to maximise booking outcomes. All representation will be aligned with the Client’s agreed profile and objectives.
