Brimble Lead Machine Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Brimble Lead Machine Program! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Brimble Lead Machine Program (“Program”), provided by BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd trading as Brimble Media/Recruitment Group (“Company”). By using or enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Program.

1. Program Overview

The Brimble Lead Machine Program offers automated LinkedIn outreach, profile optimization, and business growth solutions through Digital Business Managers. We provide tools, strategies, and services to help businesses streamline their operations and lead generation processes.

2. Packages and Services

We offer the following packages:

• Basic Package (Platform Only):
  Includes platform access, process templates, foundation training, and onboarding support.

• Mastermind Assisted Package:
  Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus weekly mastermind calls, access to our Facebook group, and past call recordings and case studies.

• Done For You Package:
  Includes all benefits from the Basic and Mastermind Assisted packages, plus monthly strategy reviews, custom scripts, and account monitoring by trained appointment setters.

3. Onboarding Process

Onboarding may take up to 7 days to complete, during which time the platform will be configured, templates provided, and training initiated. Clients agree to participate fully in the onboarding process to maximize the value of the Program.

4. Payment and Billing

• 4.1. Payment Terms:
  All payments are due on a monthly basis, starting from the date of enrollment. Payments must be made through the Company’s approved methods.

• 4.2. Late Payments:
  Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of services until full payment is received.

• 4.3. Refund Policy:
  Refunds are available only if the platform has been used according to all training provided and the guidelines are followed. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of program enrollment. No refunds will be issued beyond this timeframe.

• 4.4. Currency:
  All payments are in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. Account Security and Usage

• 5.1. IP Assignment:
  When you sign up for the Program, your LinkedIn account will be assigned an IP address, ensuring your assistant can access it safely from anywhere in the world.

• 5.2. Platform Usage:
  You agree to use the Program’s platform and services in accordance with the training provided. There is a degree of risk if the platform is not used correctly, but this is mitigated through comprehensive training and platform prompts.

• 5.3. Account Responsibility:
  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Company will not be liable for the loss of access, suspension, or termination of your LinkedIn account due to misuse or violations of LinkedIn’s terms.

6. Results and Expectations

Results may vary depending on your industry, target audience, and how consistently the platform is used. Some clients see results within 14 days, while others may take up to 30-60 days for leads to convert. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results or timelines.

7. Termination and Cancellation

• 7.1. Termination by Client:
  You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Your access to the Program will continue until the end of the billing period.

• 7.2. Termination by Company:
  The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program if you fail to comply with these Terms, make late payments, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, materials, and tools provided through the Program are the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Program.

9. Confidentiality

All information, strategies, and materials provided by the Program must be kept confidential. You agree not to share any proprietary information with third parties without written consent from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Program “as is” and makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you by email.

13. Program Risk and Use Disclaimer

Misuse of the platform or failure to adhere to the training and guidelines may result in LinkedIn account suspension. The Company is not responsible for the loss of accounts due to improper use or breach of LinkedIn’s terms.
